General Purpose Thermoplastic (GPT) insulated primary wire conforms to SAE specifications J1128 and J378 & U.S. Coast Guard general purpose wire safety standards, Part 183.430
Insulated with 105°C PVC, GPT primary wire is intended for 50V or less applications.
The polyvinyl chloride insulation provides excellent resistance to moisture, acids, alkalis, oil, gasoline, flame, aging and abrasion
The construction permits small diameters for easy cabling and has smooth lustrous finish in a wide range of colors.
